Applied didactics of chemistry with emphasis on micro-teaching and practical training

Upon completion of the course, students are expected to be able to:

1. Identify the key points of a teaching unit.
2. Teach these key points within the framework of a one-hour lesson.
3. Develop supporting materials for the instruction of the lesson.
4. Organize a dialogical discussion with students regarding the lesson content.
5. Respond to students’ questions and propose alternative teaching methods.
6. Enrich their teaching with experiments that contribute to a deeper understanding of new knowledge.
7. Provide alternative, student-friendly assessment methods that facilitate the acquisition of new knowledge.
